Foregin ministers of China, Russia and India will meet in Moscow
on Monday. Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov says he and his counterparts
will discuss coordination under the frameworks of the UN and the Brics.
For the first time, the agenda of the Congress has been kept
secret and will not be debated publicly. Still, the Seventh Congress,
had raised high expectations in Cuba.
The Syrian election body has announced a turnout of over 57
percent in the parliamentary elections held in government-controlled
areas.
